How do I see Flow Failure information on the Dashboard?

You can find a consolidated view of the Flow failure information on the Analytics dashboard. A default Trend Insight called Flow Failure Report serves as a one-stop solution to track all your Flow failures.
The insight gives the following information,
- Content Title
- Step number
- Failure reason
- Possible action
- User ID
- Device/Resolution
- Flow play URL
Use the following steps to see the Flow Failure information on the dashboard,
- On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Insights.

If you've enabled Dashboards, use the following steps,
a. On the Whatfix Dashboard, hover your cursor over the left panel, and then click Analytics.
b. Click Insights.
- Click Flow Failure Report insight.

You can add your own breakdowns and filters to the insight, but cannot save those changes.

Flow Failure Insights is not available for accounts using the Self-Hosted/Export mode of deployment.
