How does Whatfix show different content to different users?

Information is effective when it is contextual. The information needs of each user may be different. Which is why Whatfix content must also be contextual to the user.

Whatfix uses several ways to achieve contextualization of content. These methods vary depending on the application that you are using.
Whatfix can use differences in the UI as seen by two different roles or use different parameters passed on from your application that can uniquely identify a group of users.
These parameters are then used to present contextual content.
