How to capture user search terms in the Self Help widget?

You can capture usage data by using Google Analytics. You can then view the user search terms in the Self Help widget.

To view the search terms,

Navigate to your Google Analytics account
In the left panel, expand Behavior, expand Site Search and then click Search Terms.
