How to copy a widget segment?

Whatfix enables you to copy any widget segment, in case you want to change the Visibility Rules, add or delete content, without altering the exisiting widget segment.

Use the following steps to copy any widget segment,

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
    Goto_dashboard

  2. In the left panel, click Widgets.
    RB_DB_Click widgets

  3. Navigate to the widget you want to copy.
    RB_DB_choose the widget

  4. Click the Copy icon on the widget segment.
    RB_DB_COPY

your title goes here

A copy of the Widget segment called Copy of {segment name} is created.
