How to disable the back button in Flow steps?

The back button in Flow tooltips can be disabled in two ways:

Global level

Use the following steps to disable the back button for your account, 

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
    Goto_dashboard

  2. On the top right, click the Settings icon.

  3. Click Configuration.

  4. On the Tool Tip tab, click Other Configuration.

  5. Next to Back Button, select the No option.

  6. Click Save.

Step level

your title goes here

To disable the back button for a step, while creating the step in a Flow, clear the Show Back Button checkbox.
