How to prevent certain articles from getting crawled?

You can prevent an article from your Content Repository from displaying in Self Help by preventing it from getting crawled. You can make this exception only initially while configuring the Content Repository by excluding the article using the Not Contains option while integrating the Repository.

In case you want to exclude more than one article, click Add More and add the specific links.

Note

You can prevent an article from getting crawled, only while creating a new Repository.
