How to remove content from Self Help?

Use the following steps to remove content from Self Help,

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
    Goto_dashboard
  2. Click Widgets.

  3. Click the Self Help tile.

  4. Click the Edit icon on the segment from which you want to remove the content.

  5. Hover your cursor over the content you want to remove, and then click the Delete icon.

Note

Deleting content from the list doesn't delete the content from your account. It only removes it from the list.

  1. Click Save.
Note

Once you have deactivated a segment, do a Push to Production (JS Embed model) or Update Extension (Browser Extension model) for the changes to reflect on your end-users's application.
