How to remove tags from Whatfix content?

There can be instances when you might want to remove tags from your Whatfix content. The following are some of the instances,

• The content was added to Self Help using tags and you don't want the content to appear in the segment anymore.
• The tags have become obsolete

Use the following steps to remove tags from a content,

1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard. 
   

2. Select the content you want to remove the tags using the checkboxes at the top right corner of each tile. 
   

3. Click the Manage Tags icon.
   

4. Use the icon to remove the tags.
   

5. Click Done.
