Whatfix enables you to display specific content like Flows giving an overview of your application, support links, video tutorials, etc., inside Self Help on all pages across your application.
You can display content in Self Help across all pages of your application for both Smart Context enabled and disabled accounts.
Display Static Content across all pages
To show static content, like links, video links, texts across all the pages where Self Help appears, add the global tag to the content.
You can add the global tag to more than one content unit, and they get displayed across all pages.
Use the following instructions to add the global tag,
-
Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
-
Select the content you want to tag using the checkbox.
-
Click the Manage Tags icon.
-
Click the Plus icon.
-
In the pop-up, type global and select from the list.
-
Click Done.
Display In-app Created Content across all Pages
To display in-app created content, like Flows, across all pages where Self Help appears, you need to create the content on a global element, that is, on an element that is present across all the pages of your application.
For more information, contact support@whatfix.com.
Adding the content to the Self Help makes it available across all pages where Self Help appears. See, Creating a Self Help segment to know more about adding content.
