How do I update my user name?

Whatfix user names are not unique and you can edit them and change it to something you would like to see when you log in. Your user name appears under the Settings icon, next to your profile picture on the Whatfix Dashboard.

Use the following instructions to update your user name,

1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
   

2. On the top right, click the Settings icon.
   

3. Hover your cursor over the user name, and then click the Edit icon.
   

4. Enter a new user name.
   

5. Click Okay.
