How to upload video for an unpublished Flow?

Flow videos are uploaded automatically in bulk when the Flows are published.

However, there may be instances where you may not want to publish the Flow but still want to upload the video output for a specific Flow. Here's how you can do it.

Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
Navigate to the Flow you want to upload.
Click Embed, and then select Video from the dropdown.
Click the Upload Video button.

The video gets uploaded to the video platform.

Note

Only newly created unpublished Flows have an Upload Video button.
For Flows that already have a video generated, click Update.
Even though the video version of the flow is uploaded, the unpublished Flow itself is available only after the Flow is published.
