Any image that you want to insert in a Flow step has to be first hosted on an online image-sharing website like Imgur, ImgBB, etc.
Images must first be uploaded to a hosting platform before they can be inserted in a Flow step. You need the URL of the image from the hosted platform to complete this process.
Use the following steps to include the image in a step.
-
Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch the Whatfix Editor.
-
Click Flow.
-
Enter the name of the Flow as you want it displayed to a user.
-
Click +Step.
-
Click the desired element on the page that the user needs to select.
-
Review/Edit the auto-generated action text on the step.
The maximum character limits for the Purpose and Description of the step are 200 characters and 400 characters, respectively. However, you can increase the character limits by contacting [email protected].
-
Move the cursor to a new line and click the Plus icon.
-
Click the Insert Image icon.
-
Copy the image URL from the online image-sharing website and paste the URL.
• Correct: https://i.imgur.com/jpJkjqs.png
• Incorrect: https://imgur.com/jpJkjqs

Click Insert.
-
