Removing a branch from Flow step

Use the following steps to remove a branch from an existing Flow,

1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
   

2. Hover the cursor over the Flow you want to make the change and click the Edit icon.
   

3. Click the Edit button on the step you want to remove the branch from.
   

4. Scroll down to Advanced Options.

Note

If the Advanced Options is not displayed, click the checkbox to enable it. 

5. Under Branching Rules, expand the branch you want to delete by clicking the down arrow button.
   

6. Click Remove Branch.
   

7. Click Save Step.
