Tagging helps you organize your content together and helps in maintaining logical consistency across contents. It also helps you determine when you want to display what kind of content to what kind of user. There may be instances where you may want to tag multiple content together.
Use the following steps to tag multiple content,
-
Navigate to the Whatfix Dashboard.
-
Select the content you want to tag using the checkbox.
In case you want to tag content in bulk,
- Click the desired checkbox.
- Use the dropdown menu, to choose between tagging the content of the Current page or All pages.
-
Click the Manage Tags icon.
-
Click the Plus icon.
-
In the popup, type the name of the tag and select from the list.
-
If the tag does not exist, type in the name of the tag and hit the Enter key to create a new tag.
-
Click Done.
Auto tags are auto-created in your Dashboard and attached to all the Dynamic content (Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons) and can't be added manually. But, you can add these Auto Tags to Static content (Links, Video Links, and Texts).
Log in to the Whatfix University and watch the How to Associate Tags? learning module.
