What actions are considered as engagement?

Engagement refers to end user interactions with Whatfix content. The following table lists such engagement,

Module	Action description
Self Help	Flows inside the Self Help are played
Self Help	Static content is clicked
Task List	Flows inside the Task List are played
Task List	Static content is clicked
Pop-ups	When the Close icon or any button inside the pop-up is clicked (except Skip)
Smart Tips	When clicking the i icon or while hovering the cursor over the Smart Tip
Beacons	When a Beacon is loaded on the end user's page
User Action	When an end user engages/completes a User Action
