Where is the integrated content stored?

Whatfix stores all content in the Whatfix Cloud, which is physically located in New York, USA.

The information is stored in metadata format.

Note

The URL link, title and content of the articles are stored in the server.
When you search for a term in the knowledge base, the title and the content of the article are considered to give the result. However, if the term is found in the title, it is given higher priority.

Whatfix is hosted in SOC2 and ISO compliant data centers. For more information, see Security Considerations on the Whatfix Authoring Platform
