    Will the beacon count reset to zero when a new a new beacon is added to a collection

    No, when you add a new Beacon to an existing Beacon collection, the Beacon count won't be set to 0 again.
    For example, when you add a new Beacon to the existing Beacon collection whose occurrence count was set for 3 times, then the user who has exhausted the Beacon count won't see the new Beacon which was added.
