Add or insert a step after Flow creation

Whenever there are changes to your application, you may not always need to recreate content. You can make incremental changes by simply inserting a new step to make the Flow up-to-date again.

Use the following steps to add a step to an existing Flow:

1. Navigate to the Whatfix Desktop Dashboard.

2. Hover the cursor over the Flow you want to edit, and then click the Edit icon.
   

   

3. Click Launch live edit.
   

4. Click Open WhatfixEditorLauncher on the pop-up that appears.
   

5. On the Whatfix Desktop Editor toolbar, click the Insert button, and then select the option you want from the dropdown.
   

6. Enter the step description and other information and then click Add Step.
   

7. Click Maximize.
   

8. Click Save.
