Whatfix enables you to copy steps from one Flow to another, to help you reuse previous efforts and reduce the need to repeatedly recreate the same steps. This is useful when processes or tasks in your application have a few similar steps. Flow steps can be copied and inserted at any point of a Flow.
Use the following steps to copy steps from a Flow:
Open the desktop application where you'd like to create the Flow, and then launch the Whatfix Desktop Editor.
Click Flow.
Enter the name of the Flow as you want it displayed to the users.
Click Copy steps from another flow.
Select the Flow from which you want to copy the steps, and then click Open flow.
Select the steps that you want to copy in the current Flow.
Steps can be selected only as a sequence. In case, you select step 1 and then try to select step 4, then all steps in-between are also selected.
Click Copy steps.
Finish creating the Flow.
