Beacon does not show up on the chosen position

Issue

Beacon latches to different positions of the selected element when the content is selected to appear on a particular location of the element.

Probable Causes

A Beacon might not appear in the selected position because of the following reasons:

• Variation in the screen resolution.
• Wrong Display Rules have been added.

Suggested Solution

When selecting an element, ensure that you select the correct element and add appropriate Display Rules with respect to the selected element.

While creating a Beacon, if you select an element and add Display Rules for another element, then instead of the selected element, the Beacon might get latched to a different element. To position the Beacon correctly, ensure that you add correct Display Rules for the element you have selected.
