Add a Link to Self Help

Whatfix enables you to add links to external content sources to the list of content displayed in Self Help.

Create Links within a Self Help Segment

Use the following steps to create a link:

4. Click Create and select Link from the dropdown.
   

5. Enter the Title and the Link (URL).
   

   Note:

   • Add search keywords to the link to make it easy for your end users to search for the link in Self Help.

   • Add tags to your link content.

6. Click Save Link.

4. Click Add Content.

   

5. Filter the content using the Filter option. From the dropdown, select LINK.

   

6. Select the required link, and then click Okay.

   

7. Click Save.
