The Search feedback enables your end users to provide feedback and register their requests and suggestions when they can't find what they are looking for in Self Help.
Though there are other ways of communicating, such as email support, live chat, and ticketing, that redirect the end user to the respective applications, the ability to provide search feedback enables end users to provide in-app feedback in their flow of work.
Whatfix captures the email address of end users, if they choose to share it, and then displays it to the content creators in the Search Feedback report.
Use Cases
The Search Feedback helps
- Provide end users with the ability to directly communicate with content creators
- Provides content creators with the information required to create relevant content
- Reduces support tickets
- Improves end user-engagement with the Self Help widget
