Choose better sounding voices with a more natural persona. The voice persona settings help you configure a default language and select between Male or Female voice options for each language.

The feature enables you to produce narrated videos. The video voiceovers become more human-like and professional, and not robotic. It ensures your global audience receives consistent, localized audio content instantly, streamlining the creation of professional training materials with better user engagement.
How do I do this?

What is new?
The AI Voiceover feature upgrades your Flow video exports with high-quality, human-like narration. It introduces premium capabilities including adaptive Narration Styles (such as Conversational AI) and precise Content Handling tools that enable you to manage word omissions, expand abbreviations, and define specific pronunciations for brand terms. It ensures better alignment to brand tone and organization specific context.

Why does it matter to me?
You can now produce production-ready training videos from Flows in minutes. Focus on the flow of information with more engaging, instructor-led training experience while completely eliminating the need for expensive external recording or editing tools. It saves you significant time and ensures that your specific technical terms, acronyms, and product names are pronounced consistently across your entire video library.
How do I do this?

What is new?
You can now use screenshots in Free-floating steps in Flows to show users exactly where to interact and click on Whatfix Desktop Studio.

Why does it matter to me?
Use screenshots to create guidance content on elements which were earlier difficult to create Flow steps on. Screenshot Section makes it easy to specify the element with a visual marker, with no dependency on CSS selectors. End users receive interactive, reliable guidance ensuring Flow completion.
