QuickRead - Summarized Answers in Self Help

What is new?

QuickRead is an AI capability powered by Whatfix that provides summarized answers to users' search queries within the Self Help widget. QuickRead uses Large Language Models (LLMs) on Whatfix content and aggregated content to generate responses to end users' queries. The responses provided by QuickRead include links, called Sources, that direct you to the source of information, wherever possible. End users can provide feedback by giving a thumbs up or a thumbs down based on the relevance of the response.

Why does it matter to me?

QuickRead provides several benefits for both Whatfix content creators and end users. It increases end-user adoption by providing relevant and concise answers to the end users' queries. The end users' search time is significantly reduced, improving their productivity. QuickRead enables Whatfix users to improve their content quality based on end-user feedback.

How do I use this?

QuickRead is available for everyone and can be enabled from the Dashboard. For more information about QuickRead, see QuickRead - Summarized Answers in Self Help.

Flow on Standby

What is new?

Flows can fail for various reasons, such as when an element cannot be detected. When a Flow fails, Flow on Standby ensures that users can continue with the process, if possible. With Flow on Standby, whenever a Flow step fails, the step is displayed as a pop-up at the corner of your screen. The pop-up contains a screenshot of the step and the step description.

Why does it matter to me?

When a Flow step fails, end users continue to be guided through the Flow, ensuring that they are able to finish the process. Flows completed using Flow on Standby are considered successful, leading to lower Flow failure rates.

How do I use this?

Use the Sign up for Beta button to enable Flow on Standby for your account. For more information, see Flow on Standby
