Delete Custom Dashboards

Whatfix enables you to delete Dashboards that you don't require anymore. Deleted Dashboards cannot be restored.

Delete a Dashboard from the listing page

Use the following steps to delete your Dashboard from the listing page:

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Dashboards.

  2. Hover your cursor over the Dashboard you want to delete, and then click the More icon.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. In the dialog box, click Delete.

Note:
  • Delete a Dashboard deletes all tabs within the Dashboard
  • To delete a Dashboard tab, see Add tabs in a Custom Dashboard.
  • Deleting a Dashboard does not impact on the Insights added to the Dashboard.
Delete a Dashboard from within the Dashboard

Use the following steps to delete your Dashboard from the listing page:

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Dashboards.

  2. Click the Dashboard you want to delete.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Click the Menu icon.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. In the dialog box, click Delete.

Note:
  • Deleting a Dashboard deletes all tabs within the Dashboard.
  • To delete a Dashboard tab, see Add tabs in a Custom Dashboard.
  • Deleting a Dashboard does not impact on the Insights added to the Dashboard.
