Product Analytics, also known as Whatfix Analytics, enables you to track the engagement of Whatfix DAP content and end user behavior on the application. Access the Whatfix Analytics dashboard from the Whatfix Guidance dashboard.
Use the following steps to access the Whatfix Analytics dashboard:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click the Product line switcher icon.

In the dropdown, select Whatfix Analytics.
The Whatfix Analytics dashboard opens, providing access to all features, such as User Actions and Insights.
