Can I use Whatfix Desktop if I have a Whatfix Web account?

The configurations required to install and deploy Whatfix Web and Whatfix Desktop are different. If you have a Web based Whatfix account or enterprise, you cannot use the same account for Whatfix Desktop. However, you can get a different account configured for Whatfix Desktop.

The Dashboard and Studio experience for both Web and Desktop are similar with minor feature limitations on Desktop. For instance, User Action Verification feature is only supported on Whatfix Web.
