Whatfix Desktop enables you to create segments and organize content based on specific use cases to enhance the user experience. For example, if you want to onboard an employee, you can use a Task List that will comprise the basic tasks necessary to complete the onboarding process. 

You can deliver content to your users using Self Help and Task List. 

Self Help 

Use Self Help to display contextual help content from various sources including knowledge bases and display according to the user’s current context within the application. 

Task List

Use Task List to display a personalized list of basic information that a user needs to complete. The Task List can be configured to display until the user has completed all the tasks.
