How to enable API tokens
Use the following steps to enable API tokens,
- Go to the Admin Center, and in the left panel, click Apps and Integrations.
- Click APIs, and then select Zendesk APIs.
- Under the Settings tab, enable the Token Access toggle.

Use the following steps to generate API tokens,
- Go to the Admin Center, and in the left panel, click Apps and Integrations.
- Click APIs, and then select Zendesk APIs.
- Under the Settings tab, next to Active API tokens, click Add API token.
- Enter an API token description.
- Copy the token.
- Click Save.
