Whatfix content is added as a layer over your desktop application. Ensure this application is configured with Whatfix Desktop. Contact support@whatfix.com to know more.
Once Whatfix Desktop is installed, any Whatfix content created using the Whatfix Dashboard is viewed on the configured desktop application.
For the content to appear and access, you must add it to either the Self Help or Task List widget. For more information, know more about Self Help and Task List.
