How to make Whatfix content live or remove it?

Content will be live on the application only when you push it to Production stage on the CLM dashboard. Likewise, you can remove them from Production if you don't want it to be live on the application.

You must attach Flows and Static Content to widgets like Task List or Self Help for them to be visible on your desktop application.

You can use the following steps to make Content live on the application or remove it:

Make Whatfix Content live

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Click All content.
    ia_dashboard_left_nav_all_content

  1. Select the content you want to activate.

  2. Click Send to ready.

  3. Go to the Ready stage, and then click Push all to production to activate all the content.

    You can also push selective content to Production. Use the checkbox to select the required content units, and then click Push to production.

Remove Whatfix Content

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Click All content.
    ia_dashboard_left_nav_all_content

  1. Go to the Production stage, and select the content you want to remove from Production, and then click Remove from production.

    The content is moved back to the Draft stage.
