Can I edit Whatfix Content/Widgets without removing them from Production?

Yes, you can edit Whatfix content/widgets in the Draft stage while a version of them is in the Production stage. All you need to do is hover your cursor over the content/widget that you want to edit, and then click the Edit in Draft icon.

Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.

Note:

Clicking the Edit in Draft icon in the Production Stage creates a new version of the same content/widget in the Draft Stage. You can make changes to the content/widget in the Draft Stage, move it to the Ready Stage, and perform a Push to Production to update the current version with the latest version.
