Reorder content within Self Help or Task List by dragging and dropping it to the desired position. This feature supports segments of the widget.

Info:

The drag and drop function is not supported on Internet Explorer 9 and below.

Use the following steps to change the order of content:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click All widgets.
    ia_dashboard_left_nave_allwidgets

  1. Hover your cursor over the segment you want to modify, then click the Edit icon.
    click_edit_on_self_help

  2. Drag and drop the content to the new position.

  3. Click Save.

Note:

Ensure the segment is pushed to Production for the changes to reflect.
