Upload Pdf to your Dashboard

Article summary

One of the easiest ways to share your content is through PDF files which can be read anywhere and on any device. Whatfix enables you to upload your PDF files to the Dashboard and insert them in your Flows, Smart Tips, and other Whatfix content.

Use the following steps to upload a PDF file to your Dashboard:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Click All content.

  3. Go to the Draft stage.

  4. Click Create content.

Note

To view the video content that you just created, go to the Draft Stage of the Dashboard.

  1. Click Pdf.

  2. On the PDF pop-up, enter the Title.

  3. Enter the embed link of the PDF you wish to add.

Info:
  • The PDF file upload feature is not available for Self Hosted/Export model.
  • Only PDF files that are less than 10 MB in size are currently supported.
  • Up to 100 PDF files can be uploaded per ENT.
  1. Add search keywords and tags to your PDF as required.
    Dashboard_pdf_search keywords and tags

  2. Click Save.

Note:
  • You can view the PDF file that you just created on your Dashboard.
  • The PDF file you upload to your Dashboard is stored in the Whatfix cloud.
