Create a Video Link

You can include video content in different Whatfix widgets like Self Help and Task List. The video plays in a Pop-up on the same page when triggered.

You can use the video links from various platforms to embed videos in Whatfix Pop-ups. For more information on various video platforms supported by Whatfix see What are the video platforms supported by Whatfix?

Use the following steps to create a video link,

  1. Navigate to the Whatfix Dashbaord.
    GotoDashboard_Desktop

  2. On the top right, click Create button and then click Video Link.

  3. Enter the Display Text, the video link, and add any tags if needed.

  4. Click Save.

  5. View the video link that you just created on your Dashboard.
