What are Whatfix Pop-ups?

Whatfix Pop-ups are information widgets used to inform your users about things that need their immediate attention. You can attach a Flow, survey, video, image, or GIF to a Pop-up.

Use Pop-ups to

  • Introduce new features to your users and give them a product walkthrough by attaching the Pop-up with Flows
  • Notify users about product and software updates
  • Drive user action like completing a survey
  • Inform users about a celebratory event

Customize the Pop-up to appear only to a specific group of people who have a shared characteristic, such as a specific user role, users who are new, or are from the same department. For more information, see Schedule Pop-ups.
