Adding a new language

The translation process begins with adding the language you want to translate. See, the list of Languages Supported by Whatfix
Use the following steps to add a new language,
Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles see, Whatfix User Roles.
Multiple languages can be added.
On the Whatfix dashboard, at the top right, click the Settings icon.
Click Translations.
Click Add Languages.
In the pop-up, using the dropdown, select the new language that you want to add.
Click Add.
The new language is added to the list.
By default, when you make changes to the language through UI, Excel format, or Property Files, the corresponding whatfix content is also updated. These updates to content need to be then Pushed to Production again, to make it accessible to the end users.
