Issue
Even though auto tip execution is configured for the Smart Tips, the tip does not appear or only appears when the end user hovers over the 'i' icon next to the selected element.
Probable Cause
This may occur due to incorrect tip configuration. The appearance style of the Smart Tip might have been selected as On Hover over the 'i' icon, which means the smart tip appears only when your cursor is hovered over the 'i' icon.
Suggested Solutions
To make sure auto tip execution works, ensure both the following options are selected when configuring the Smart Tip.

In the Display smart-tip section, choose the On Hover/Focus over the element option.

Under the ADVANCED OPTIONS section, choose the Automated option, and then select Auto Hover using the dropdown menu.
