You can change the 'i' icon of the Smart Tips to a custom image suitable for your application. For example, you can use a question mark icon instead of the 'i' icon.

You must whitelist Whatfix domains to upload a custom icon for Smart Tips. See, What are the trusted Whatfix domains to whitelist?

If the whitelisting is not done, then the custom icon appears as a broken link to your end users.
Use the following steps to change the 'i' icon for Smart Tips:

On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Themes.

Click the Smart-tips tile.

Select the Image option, and then click Choose.

Browse through your library for the icon that you want to use and select it.

Once you upload the image, click Save.
Note
- Only .PNG format is supported.
- The image resolution should not exceed 24x24 pixels and size should be less than 1 MB.
- When an 'i' icon selection is saved, the previously uploaded image is lost. Toggling between options (without clicking Save) is allowed.
