Are QuickRead AI models trained using customer data?

No. QuickRead does not use any customer content to train its AI models. The AI only has access to the Whatfix Inhalt that a specific user is authorized to view in Self Help, such as Flows, Articles, and Repository links. This ensures customer data privacy and security while still enabling the AI to provide meaningful answers based on the content available for that user.
