For information about existing Visibility Rules, see Visibility and Display Rule Conditions.
Using the Advanced Visibility Rules, Whatfix enables you to set a date and time for when a widget should start appearing. With this condition, set timed promotions, announcements, or any other time-sensitive content. For example, if you're running a holiday promotion on your retail website and want to display a special discount Pop-up starting on December 1, use Advanced Visibility Rules to schedule the Pop-up to appear on that specific date and time.

Specific date range conditions are not applicable for Self Help.
Use the following steps to show a widget based on a specific date range:
In the Visibility rules section for your widget, click When does the {widget name} start or stop appearing?
Using the What causes the {widget name} to appear? dropdown, select Specific date range.
Enter the Start date, Start time, End date, and End time.

Ensure that you add an End date and End time for your widget to prevent any content failure.
The Start and End times determine when your widget will start and stop showing. To configure the time duration during which your widget shows up every day, use the Set interval option.
Select the time zone in which you want to show the widget using the Timezone dropdown.

If your end users are from different time zones, then select User’s local time using the Timezone dropdown. This ensures that all your end users see the widget during the set times as per their local times.
In the Set interval section, select the set time duration on the selected dates during which the widget should appear. For example, if you set the Show from at 08:00 and the Show till at 21:00, then for the selected dates, the Pop-up would appear between 08:00 and 21:00 every day until the end date.
In the Set repeat section, select the frequency to show the widget from the How often should it repeat? dropdown.
