The Task List does not reappear after tasks are added if all previous tasks were already completed. This behavior applies even when a Content Manager adds new tasks to the same Task List. It continues to appear only for users who still have incomplete tasks.
To make the Task List visible to all users, uncheck the Task Progress option under the Style section. For more information, see Configure a Task List.
