Once the Pop-up has served its purpose, it can be disabled. Once disabled, the Pop-up does not appear to your users unless it is enabled again.
Use the following steps to disable a Pop-up:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Click Production tab.

Select the Pop-up that you want to disable.

Click Remove from production.

On the confirmation popup, click Remove from production.
Note
The Pop-up is moved back to the Draft stage and your end users no longer see this Pop-up.
Tip
Pop-ups can be disabled by setting a start date and end date. They appear only between the set time duration on the selected dates and automatically stop appearing once the set date has passed. For more information, see Schedule a Pop-up.
