Whatfix enables scheduling of Pop-ups:
To appear in a specified date and time window
To display repeatedly based on your defined frequency
This provides you more control to deliver announcements and alerts. Schedule Pop-ups by using one or more of start date, end date, users’ time zones, and number of occurrences over a period of time. For more information, refer to the example use cases section.
Use the following steps to schedule Pop-ups:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Pop-ups.

Hover your cursor over the Pop-up segment you want to configure, and then click the Edit icon.

Whatfix also enables you to schedule a Pop-up during Pop-up creation.
Click Set Visibility Rules.
Click When does the Pop-up start and stop appearing? section.
To set the start date, end date, time, time zone, and frequency for the Pop-up, see Set When your Content or Widget Appears with the new Visibility Rules.
Example Use Cases
Configure the following use cases in the When does the pop up start and stop appearing? section of the Visibility Rules. In every use case, select Specific date range from the What causes the pop up to appear? dropdown.
Expand the following accordions for more details:
Display a Pop-up every time users visit the page, with no end date
Set the End date far in the future, such as December 31, 2099, so the Pop-up keeps appearing. From the What causes the pop up to stop appearing? dropdown, select Unlimited times. The Pop-up then appears every time users visit the page.
Display a Pop-up every time users visit the page within a specific time frame
Set the Start date and End date to match the time frame. From the What causes the pop up to stop appearing? dropdown, select Unlimited times. The Pop-up appears every time users visit the page, but only between the start date and the end date.
Display a Pop-up only the first time users visit the page
From the What causes the pop up to stop appearing? dropdown, select A set number of times, and then enter 1. Whatfix counts how many times each user sees the Pop-up over their lifetime. Each user sees the Pop-up only once, on their first visit to the page.
Display a Pop-up only on specific days of the week
In the Set repeat section, select Certain days of a week from the How often should it repeat? dropdown. Select the days on which you want the Pop-up to appear. The Pop-up appears only on those days, between the start date and the end date.
Display a Pop-up only once a week
In the Set repeat section, select Once a week from the How often should it repeat? dropdown. Users see the Pop-up once each week, between the start date and the end date. To show the Pop-up on the same weekday as the start date every week, select Weekly on instead.
Display a Pop-up only once a month
In the Set repeat section, select Once a month from the How often should it repeat? dropdown. Users see the Pop-up once each month, between the start date and the end date. To show the Pop-up on the same day and week of each month as the start date, select Monthly on instead.
