Does Whatfix Guidance Analytics look at my end user data?

Whatfix Guidance Analytics focuses only on how your end users are interacting with Whatfix-created content. You can find information about how effective your flows and widgets are.
Some of the metrics that are captured include -

• How many times end users have viewed our content.
• A list of the most popular Flows.
• Completion rates and what types of content your users are looking for and the exact search phrases being used.

We do not look at your end user clickstream data outside the application nor do we capture/store any data that is being entered into your application.
