Error: 500 while accessing Flow Video links

Issue

Accessing the Flow Video link from Self Help results in 500 HTTP error.

Cause

The links can break due to changes or updates in the UI.

Solution

Reselect the elements and update the URL in the Flow. After updating the Flow, push it to production and generate it as a Video link. To generate Flow as a Video link, see Add a Flow ad Video to your Dashboard.
