Introduction
Explorer is an Improved Self Help component that displays a collection of Whatfix content, selected by content creators, to end users.
Explorer enables end users to instantly access relevant Whatfix content 24x7 and anywhere on an application. Additionally, Explorer enables end users to search for Whatfix content, making the process of finding relevant content faster.
Overview of Explorer
Access Explorer
End users can access Explorer in two ways:
From the Explorer tab of the Improved Self Help panel.
From Pin, by hovering their cursor over it and then clicking the Explorer icon.
Search and consume content
End users can use the search bar to search for content, and click content to view it.

Content listing and search results
The list of content shown in Explorer is known as the content listing. When an end user searches in Explorer, the content listing is replaced by the search results for the query.
Explorer displays content and search results according to whichever Self Help segment is being shown. For more information, see Content.
