Whatfix enables you to integrate Zendesk with Whatfix to fetch articles from your Zendesk repository and display them as contextual links in Self Help and Task List widgets. You can either fetch all the content or only the content from particular folders.
Use the following steps to integrate Zendesk repository:
-
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.
-
Click Repositories.
-
Click the Zendesk tile.
-
Enter the title and URL of your repository.
-
Specify whether your repository is password protected or not.
-
Click Next.
If your repository is password protected, enter your Zendesk username and API token. For more information on how to get your Zendesk API token, see Generate Credentials for Zendesk Integration.
After you enter your credentials, click Next.
- Choose whether you want to fetch content from the whole repository or from a specific folder in your repository.
