When you embed a third party survey link in a Pop-up, the following error message appears: This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.

Cause:

You may see this error message in the following scenarios:

  • Whatfix’s Content Security Policy prevents access to unauthorized sites and domains.

  • Existing CSP rules block all unknown websites.

Solution:

The domain from where you hosted the survey must whitelist Whatfix and your network provider. For example, if you have hosted a survey on SurveyMonkey, https://uk.surveymonkey.com must whitelist Whatfix and Proximus (ISP) domains.
