Preview Mode does not display the translated content

Issue:

Preview mode in Studio does not show translated content.

Probable Causes:

• The language settings are configured through the AC code.

• The AC code does not load when previewing in Preview mode from Studio.

Suggested Solution:

Use the Whatfix Preview extension to preview AC code changes. For more information, see Download Whatfix Preview extension using Whatfix Studio.

Note:

The Preview mode of the Whatfix Studio extension is different than the Preview extension. The Preview mode of the Whatfix Studio extension is used to review and see how your content and widgets appear on your application before you publish the content. Whereas, the Preview extension is a separate extension that you must install on your browser and enables you to preview AC code or content that is affected by it. Without the Preview extension, you cannot test any AC changes. For more information, see Use Preview extension to test Whatfix content.
